Moodubelle, Feb. 21: St. Lawrence English Medium School, Moodubelle, witnessed a grand prize distribution ceremony for the Abacus competition conducted by the Generation Next Team.
A large number of students enthusiastically participated in the competition and showcased their remarkable mental arithmetic skills. The event provided a wonderful platform for young learners to enhance their concentration, speed, and accuracy in calculations.
The winners of the State-Level Abacus Competition are: 🥇 1st Prize – Manjunath (Grade 2)
🥈 2nd Prize – Aster Adele D’souza (Grade 4)
The prizes were distributed by the Headmistress, Mrs. Sandra Lobo, who congratulated the winners on their outstanding achievement and encouraged all participants to continue striving for excellence.
Management Committee Member Mr. Joel D’sa distributed consolation prizes to the participants and appreciated their efforts and active involvement.
Mrs. Anitha Crasta read out the prize list.
The programme concluded on a joyful note, celebrating the success and accomplishments of the young achievers.
